Most of us try to improve our lives by working harder on our thoughts, our feelings, our behaviors. But what if true change doesn’t come from effort? What if it comes from insight?
I work from a simple understanding: that all human beings are part of a larger intelligence. We are designed to reset, to recover, to realign—if we stop interfering with the system and start respecting how it works.
We’re built to thrive.
We’ve just forgotten how to listen.

What Guides My Work
I bring together decades of lived experience, a background in education, deep immersion in Twelve Step work, and an understanding of the Three Principles: Mind, Thought, and Consciousness.
These are not techniques or tools—they are the foundation of how human beings function. When we see the system clearly, we stop trying to manipulate it and start living in alignment with it.
I trust that every person I work with already has what they need. My role is to point you back to the source of your own wisdom.
